What is your return policy?

Please make sure you carefully choose the aroma diffuser that best suits your home or business, as Aromaholik only accepts returns for items that are genuinely defective by factory or sent by mistake. To return an item, email info@Aromaholik.com for a Return Advice form and send the item back within 14 days of the shipment date.

What is your warranty policy?

Aromaholik provides a one-year warranty for all diffusion products, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Please note that the warranty is void if any fragrance other than Aromaholik’s aroma oil is used in the diffuser.
