What is your shipping policy?

• Free shipping: We offer free shipping on orders $199+

• Shipping Cost:  For orders below $199, standard shipping fee applies.  

Process and Shipping Time: 

• Please allow 2 business days for processing. 

• Orders received after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day. 

• Shipping time depends on the location and typically ranges between 5-7 business days after processing. 

Delivery Requirements:

• All shipments that contain a diffuser will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to accept the package.
